When we send your package, you will automatically receive a tracking code by email so you can follow the package.

Yes, you are very welcome to pick up your order in the store.

You always have a 14-day right to return a piece of jewelry if you haven't used it and return it in undamaged packaging. Keep in mind that there may be a small fee and that in some cases you have to pay the return shipping. If we have produced unique jewellery, or designed a special piece of jewellery, you unfortunately have no right of return.

Because your shipment of jewelry is of high value, it will be insured when we ship it.

All shipments are insured against loss and damage while in transit from Rebecca Falck to you.

As soon as you have received and confirmed, for example with a signature at the agreed address, the insurance ends.

If your package is damaged on arrival, we recommend that you note that you have received a damaged package when you confirm delivery and contact us immediately for instructions.
