Delivery time and storage

Products purchased at www.rebeccafalck.se are delivered as soon as possible. If you order before 12.00, we will send your order the same day if the item is in stock. We send your order as insured mail with Postnord or GLS, and they are usually delivered within 2-3 working days. If you want the delivery before a certain date (holiday, etc) please send us a message at; info@rebeccafalck.se. Then we try to help you as far as possible.

Order items; For example, a ring in a size that is not in stock is normally delivered within 10-15 working days.

All articles you see on www.rebeccafalck.se are in stock unless otherwise stated. Should it not be in stock, you will hear from us.

Orders of SEK 599 or less will be subject to a shipping charge of SEK 59

All other orders in the online store are delivered free of charge to an address in Sweden and Denmark

BOOKING AND PAYMENT

All prices are quoted in SEK and include 25% VAT.

To shop at www.rebeccafalck.se, you must be 18 years old. All payments are made via most credit cards including American Express.

When you have ordered jewelery from us, you will receive an order confirmation by e-mail. immediately. (If you do not receive it, if possible check your spam filter if the order confirmation has not appeared within a few hours.)

We only deduct the amount from your card when your order/order has been shipped from our warehouse. We can only withdraw the amount once or a smaller amount.

RIGHT OF RETURN AND YOUR AND OUR RESPONSIBILITY

As a consumer, you have the right to return when you shop with us.

Exceptions are if the item is specially ordered or customized and if it is engraved.

It expires 14 days after the day you received your item. If you have ordered several items in the same purchase, but are delivered individually, the deadline will run from the day you receive the last item.

The deadline means that you have 30 days from the date of the receipt to notify that you will cancel your purchase and 14 days to return the item. You can send an email to info@rebeccafalck.se or use the usual cancellation form that you will find at the bottom of our terms and conditions.

Please note that you cannot cancel the purchase by refusing to receive the item without notifying us at the same time.

Cancellation of part of the purchase

If you have purchased several items from us, you have the option of returning one or more items even though they were purchased in one order.

Return

Once you have notified us that you wish to cancel your purchase, you have 14 days to return the item to us, but please do so as soon as possible.

You must pay the shipping cost for the return package, and you are responsible for any damage that occurs during shipping.

Please note that you must return the item in its original packaging and in the condition you received it. You of course have the right to try it on, but take the utmost care and use the packaging it came in for your return. If you have packaged it in a worse way and or damage has occurred, we may be forced to write down the value of the item.

Refund of the purchase price;

If you regret your purchase, you will get your money back. If the item is destroyed or damaged, we may deduct the amount for which you are responsible.

We will refund the full amount we received from you, including shipping costs. (This applies to our standard shipping cost but not if you ordered a more expensive shipping option, such as express delivery). no later than 14 days from the day we have received your notification that you want to cancel the contract and the item has arrived to us in undamaged condition.

We will return the amount using the same payment method you bought it with, unless we have agreed otherwise. Please note that in some cases this may mean a smaller shipping cost from the credit card company you used.

Exception

Jewelry that is made especially for you, for example, in a special size or in a special design, from your own gold, silver or precious stone or otherwise customized, is not covered by the possibilities of return or return purchase. This also applies to jewelery with special engraving of e.g. name or date. They are non-exchangeable, non-returnable and non-refundable.

COMPLAINT/RIGHT OF COMPLAINTS

All goods purchased at www.rebeccafalck.se are covered by the provisions of the Consumer Purchase Act. The right to complaint/rectification means that you as a consumer can complain about defects in goods that have occurred within 36 months of purchase. The warranty does not cover if failure, damage or wear and tear occurred due to improper use, lack of maintenance and/or general wear and tear.

You must contact us within a reasonable time after you have discovered the product's defects. We recommend that you contact us as quickly as possible, as we have a significantly greater chance of correcting the error.
